I am Jerick, one of Blackbird's personal trainers and martial arts instructors. I am passionate about combat & weight training and I believe fitness has everything to do with discipline and mindset.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in martial arts, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise as a personal trainer and coach.

My mission is to guide and inspire clients to surpass their fitness aspirations, foster self-discipline and embrace a holistic and healthy lifestyle.
